Selfridges live brief : Creative Manifestation
During my diploma practical studies at Selfridges, London, I developed a sustainable retail design concept. I presented this innovative idea to the Senior Creative and Senior Creative Direction Manager, aiming to transform our perception of fashion and its history. My concept included dynamic window displays that used captivating animation to communicate complex social issues and engage the audience deeply. In an era focused on sustainable fashion, I stressed the importance of staying current with the evolving movement and incorporating the latest trends and breakthroughs, like the Circular Economy, to create a more conscious and responsible industry.

Wateraid : Live Brief

Our project for Water Aid was to develop a project concept that identifies a problem that Generation Z/Millennial s currently face and design a solution. The problem we undertook was Hyper-consumerism and Fast Fashion. As a group, we felt that individuals wanted to change their fashion habits and make a difference but didn’t know where to start. Our solution was to make a zine that educates individuals about fast fashion whilst allowing them to be proactive about the topic. In the zine, it contains the impact of fast fashion, a guide to thrift shopping in London, how to repair your clothes section and brands which promote sustainable fashion. We made the zine accessible in both physical and digital format. This allowed people to be educated about fast fashion while being proactive and looking at ways to change.
